Hello and welcome!

I’m Aleksandra, a certified yoga teacher with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and Neuroscience. As a passionate science geek, I love exploring how the human body and mind work together. This passion has led me to see how closely mental and physical health are connected, and how yoga can play a powerful role in supporting both.

After doing various sports throughout my life, I discovered yoga in 2018 while searching for a way to calm my busy mind and stay physically active. What started as a way to slow down and move soon became much more. Yoga deepened my self-awareness, strengthened my nervous system, and helped me build resilience to life’s daily challenges.

I believe yoga is for everyone, whether you approach it from a physical or a spiritual perspective. My goal is to share the empowering, calming, and transformative effects of yoga with others.

In my classes, I’ll guide you to connect with your body’s unique needs and share insights into how yoga supports your overall well-being, all backed by scientific evidence. Together, we’ll explore movement, mindfulness, and the potential of your body and mind.
